Richard J. Scanlon

	Richard started Colonial Real Estate in 1970 and has been an active Real Estate Broker for over 27 years. He heads a team of local agents who know and understand the local market. He is also a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Auctioneer, member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, National Association on Realtors, Rental Housing Association and a member of the Waltham Chamber of Commerce
	As a lifetime resident of Waltham, his deep personal interest in the town is evident. An avid sportsman, he has shared his knowledge and skill with the youth of Waltham for over 25 years as a coach of the Waltham Pop Worner Football League, President of the Middlesex Pop Warner League, and Director of the Eastern Mass. Pop Warner Conference. Richard has also been appointed by the Mayor as a Director of the Waltham Park and Recreation Department.
	Richard Scanlon has been actively involved with the North Waltham baseball league for the past ten years. His company is a sponsor and with Richard as coach, his tigers won the Minor League World Championship in 1996.
